1. Getting help
The fastest route is inside the app: Settings → Ideas and bugs. It sends an idea, a bug report, or anything else straight through, and you can leave an email address there if you want to be answered. Nauvo is a single-person project, so a reply may take a few days rather than being instant - but every message is read.
If you can't reach the app at all, email innovation@karpinity.com instead.
2. Before you write
A few things are already available in the app, no email needed:
- Suggest an idea or report a bug- Settings → "Ideas and bugs".
- Export your data- Settings → Account → "Export data", which downloads everything the account holds as a file.
- Delete your account- Settings → Account → "Delete account".
- Report another player- after a match, on the results screen, use the small "Report" link near your opponent's name.
- Change your callsign - tap your callsign on your Profile screen.
- Change your country - on your Profile screen, under your callsign.
- Switch language- Settings → Language.
- Switch theme- Settings → Instrument controls → Theme (Chart, Periscope, or Auto to follow your device).
3. Reporting a player or a name
The fastest way to report another player or an abusive callsign is the "Report" link on the results screen right after you play them - it attaches the match automatically, which helps any later review. If you can't get there (the match already scrolled away, or it's something you noticed outside a match, like a name on a leaderboard), email innovation@karpinity.com with the callsign and what happened instead.
4. Account and data
For what we collect and why, see the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account yourself at any time from Settings → Account → "Delete account" - no need to email us first.
